Shipping policy
Return shipping has to be paid by the customer if The received item's size is incorrect due to wrongly given measurements from the client. The client wants to exchange for a different color selected on the website. All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order. Alterations are only possible within 30 days of receiving the item. Shipping will be charged to the client.
Returned items must remain un-washed, and unworn and should still have their original label untouched.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
